About this Villa

This newly constructed villa has all the amenities of modern living. Completed in 2019, it is located in the heights of Flamlands in the peaceful quarter Merlette. It is located just a few minutes from Flamland Beach and the famous Cheval Blanc hotel. It is a pleasant ride from the island of Gustavia. 

The exterior features a stunning pool that overlooks the ocean. Hang out on the sun loungers to enjoy the view or prepare a meal on the gas grill that can be enjoyed in the covered dining area that seats six. 

The interior features an open floor plan with lovely wood accents and high beamed ceilings. It includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a dining area that seats six. The sliding doors provide direct access to the outside. 

The two bedrooms are located in private bungalows separate from the main living area. The first has a king sized bed while the bed in the other bungalow is a queen-sized bed. Both are air conditioned, and offer an ensuite bath and a fantastic sea view. 

Villa Cypraea is so new, it’s barely had any visitors. Come be one of the first ones to enjoy the luxurious accommodations it offers.
