About this Villa

A stay at Villa Cap au Vent is a bit like renting out your own private resort. Situated on the hillside of Pointe Milou, your only neighbors will be the sea and the 5000 square meters of protected agricultural reserve that surrounds it. There is only one road leading in and out. 

The property is simply massive but the interior has a homey modern meets colonial feel that counters the vastness. And if you’re worried about caring for such a large property, leave that to the live-in housekeeper who lives separate from tha main house and provides continental breakfasts, laundry and turn down service Monday through Saturday.

The back outdoor area features a large heated pool, a gas grill, sun loungers and covered seating and dining areas. It overlooks the vast agricultural landscape behind the house. There is also a generous front patio that offers a great view of the sea. 

The interior includes a living space with all the amenities of modern life and a fully equipped kitchen. 

Three of the four bedrooms include a king sized bed, a work space and an ensuite bath. The fourth bedroom is a kid’s bedroom with two twin beds, a work space, an ensuite and easy access to the master. The master bedroom also has a private terrace.
